Mocha Java is a bold, historic blend uniting coffees from East Africa, Yemen, and Indonesia—regions once connected by the legendary spice and coffee trade. Named after the ancient Yemeni port of Mocha and the Indonesian island of Java, this blend traces its roots to the world’s first coffee exports in the 15th century. Our version features naturally processed Ethiopian and Yemeni beans layered with wet-hulled Indonesian coffee, resulting in a complex cup with notes of dark chocolate, spice, and dried fruit.
