CHINA YUNAN

The Yunnan Kaku Natural coffee in batch_006 was ethically sourced from the Li family, a multi-generational farm in China that has earned a strong reputation within the East-Asian coffee market. 

To enhance the fruitier notes of this batch, we complemented this Yunnanese bean with an East African blend of Tanzanian Peaberry and Ethiopian Yirgacheffe Aricha.

In addition, we added our AA Indian Robusta sourced from Kerala to bring in a bold full-bodied finish.
